Our KETTLEBELL LEVEL 2 program provides you with everything you will ever need to attain elite volleyball explosiveness. The program has been implemented by countless Division I and professional athletes with tremendous results. Like the sections before, we only ask three training days a week with a fourth day VOLLEYSTRENGTH Jump Circuit. True strength and power are the end result for the person who dedicates themselves to KETTLEBELL LEVEL 2 . With graduations in weight, you have a program that can carry you indefinitely.

Note: We've built out our library with over 120 exercises. If there is an exercise that is uncomfortable for you or if you simply enjoy switching things up, feel free to supplement with an exercise from the library.
